StreetView from the side street. Hwy #20 is in the front and its about to be widened to 6 lanes. Just a few weeks ago I had a new roof put on as well as a new awaning at the entrance of the Laser. The vacuums are in the back. This wash sits on 2 1/4 acres. 500 ft. on the main road. This wash has always done well until the economy dropped. Actually there were two cars in the bays and one in the automatic when I took this.Jun 13, 2011

Low pressure 3My low pressure system that I built 15 years ago and the soap and wax tanks that I got from my Blue Coral distributor. I run hot water on the f/b t/c & p/s, soap and wax is fed with cold water. I run the hot water tanks pretty low so they will refill when a customer chooses the cycle and they will get the hot water on the foam brush t/c and p/s.

Originally hot water circulated through the 3 in pvc line and all functions were on hot water. Now the one inch gray line in the left back has the hot water. Coming off that is a 1/2 ball valve (Yellow Handle) then a dema solenoid and an ell and then a pressure regulator teed into the line feeding the pump. On the two street ells I drJun 13, 2011
